ANI Anguilla is a private resort for exclusive use, comprising two opulent villas. This Caribbean gem, nestled on the clifftops of Anguilla's northern coastline, offers a bespoke, all-inclusive luxury experience for up to 20 guests.
The two-acre resort is a lush oasis cocooned in indigenous flora, which ensures privacy and creates a tropical paradise. From the sprawling terraces and vast balconies, each villa offers a mesmerising panorama of the Atlantic Ocean.
Each villa boasts a private infinity pool and a jacuzzi with panoramic ocean views in its spacious gardens. After a refreshing dip, guests can laze on one of the poolside loungers or relax on a shaded daybed.
To the rear of the property, a private tennis court and fully-equipped gym helps guests keep active during their stay. Post-workout, tired muscles can be relieved with a relaxing massage or spa treatment.
Wooden decks provide the perfect setting for morning yoga or convivial al fresco meals throughout the day. Roof terraces, complete with bars, are ideal for sunset cocktails. And between the two villas, a spacious events pavilion awaits, ready for those hosting their special occasion in style.
The two villas – North and South – are almost mirror images of one another. Each seamlessly blends modern design with traditional Caribbean elements, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows flood the interiors with light and allow for spectacular views. The main living, dining, and entertainment rooms are all situated on the ground floors for easy socialisation and relaxation.
Ten luxurious rooms spread across the two villas can accommodate up to 20 guests. All bedrooms boast en-suite facilities, and the four master suites also offer cosy lounge rooms and private terraces with ocean views.
A full staff is on hand at the property to cater to guests' every desire. The dedicated team meticulously takes care of every detail, from gourmet dining and daily spa treatments to moonlight cinema and children's activities. Four-legged friends are also welcome at the resort, with everything from gourmet pet food to dog sitting and pet-friendly activities included.
