Overview
Casa Akama is a spacious, modern villa with an enviable beachfront location in Punta Mita. Designed by renowned architect Manolo Mestre and interior designer Joaquin Homs, the villa is a masterpiece of contemporary architecture seamlessly integrated into its tropical surroundings.
Set over 25,000 square feet, the villa offers plenty of space for relaxing and socialising with loved ones. A vast, heated infinity pool wraps around the front of the villa. Poolside day beds and sun loungers are ideal for soaking up the rays. After a refreshing dip, guests can head to the oversized hot tub to enjoy sunset cocktails with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas and Marietas Islands.
The heart of the villa is the grand palapa, a spacious open-air living area perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing. It offers plenty of lounge seating, a Tequila bar, and a beautiful dining table for relaxed al fresco meals.
Another of the villa's unique features is its rooftop bar, complete with a cosy fire pit. On clear nights, this spot offers the perfect setting for stargazing.
Floor-to-ceiling glass walls blur the lines between outdoor and indoor living, immersing residents in the breathtaking views from the spacious, open-plan lounge room. A cosy dining area beside the lounge is ideal for elegant dinner parties.
The villa features a well-equipped guest kitchen, along with a professional kitchen where the private chef and catering team will prepare delicious meals using locally sourced seafood, as well as fresh, organic fruits and vegetables for an authentic "farm-to-table" experience.
Guests can also enjoy a family film night in the cinema room with its reclining theatre seats and a state-of-the-art projector, stay active in the fully-equipped Technogym, and indulge in relaxing treatments in the private spa.
The villa offers four oceanfront master suites and five additional bedrooms, each with state-of-the-art technology and luxurious amenities. Each bedroom boasts en-suite facilities and a private terrace or balcony overlooking the Pacific or the lush gardens.
