Overview
Domaine des Artistes is a stunning estate comprised of three separate villas, each with their own living spaces and private pool. It’s the ideal choice for groups of friends or families traveling together who are looking for convivial communal entertainment spaces with their own private villa to retreat to at the end of the day.
With a nod to the glamorous world of film, each of the three villas is named after an iconic actress. Villa Grace (Kelly) is the main villa, designed in neo-Provencal style, whilst Romy (Schneider) and Brigitte (Bardot) are two smaller – yet equally stunning – contemporary villas.
Set over 1.5 hectares in a hilltop location, the property boasts spectacular sea views on one side and the Alps on the other. Nestled in the heart of a listed woodland park, guests enjoy the privacy, peace and tranquility offered by its natural surroundings.
Each of the three villas has a private outdoor area with a swimming pool, manicured lawns, and furnished terrace or sun deck for soaking up the rays. Moreover, between the three villas is an extensive patio set up as an outdoor living room; comfortable seating and a large dining table are shaded by large, stretched canvases. There are water features and neat shrubbery dotted throughout, along with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue, creating the perfect space for convivial outdoor lunches or al fresco dinner parties.
The interior design by Oliver Gossart brings breezy Californian style to the Italian coast, with open spaces bathed in light from the floor-to-ceilings windows which open to the outdoor areas. The high ceilings, neutral colour schemes, modern fittings, and high-quality furnishings add to the laid-back, contemporary feel.
A basement floor connects all three villas and is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment. Guests can work out in the fully-equipped gym before relaxing in the spa area, which features a hammam, a massage room, and a herbal tea room. There is also a cinema room, and a games room with a bar, pool table, and table football to keep all ages entertained.
Villa Grace faces due south, offering spectacular views and features a lounge area of 75 m² with plenty of plush seating. Adjoining the lounge is a second living room with further seating and a 10-seat dining table overlooked by a modern professional kitchen. Between the two living spaces is a feature wall with a stunning wine rack. On the top floor is the property’s master bedroom with its spacious en-suite and private roof terrace with Jacuzzi and sea views.
Villa Brigitte overlooks the surrounding park, along with the pool and garden area, which is adorned with a fountain and water features. It boasts a spacious living room of 70 m², a fully-equipped kitchen, and three well-appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities.
Finally, Villa Romy overlooks the surrounding woodlands and features a burbling fountain in its private garden area. It has a light and spacious living area of 64 m² with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped kitchen, and four spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities.
