Set across 4000 square metres, the grounds of the villa feature sprawling terraces overlooking the sea. Guests can enjoy dip in the pool before relaxing on the sun loungers; for convenience, there is a poolside changing room with a shower.
The raised viewing platform is the perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets with a glass of bubbly or a romantic dinner. There is also a barbecue area with a shaded dining area, perfect for relaxed al fresco meals.
For those looking to celebrate a special event or say their vows with an unbeatable backdrop, the terrace can be transformed into a party heaven.
With a private helipad within the estate, guests can arrive in style or enjoy scenic flights right from their doorstep.
Traditional Cycladic architecture is combined with modern design for a sleek and sophisticated villa design. Neutral tones are used throughout to contrast perfectly with the brilliant blue sea and sky.
The main living areas are on the top floor of the villa. A spacious lounge room with a domed ceiling features plush seating looking directly out over the caldera, and sliding glass doors open to the first-floor balcony with additional seating, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor living. There is also a second living room on the ground floor.
Beside the first-floor lounge is an elegant dining room that also boasts a traditional domed ceiling and stunning sea views. Moreover, there's a well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing snacks and light meals.
The villa sleeps up to 10 guests in its five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with rain showers. The master bedroom is on the top floor and features a study area, a spacious walk-in wardrobe/dressing room, and direct access to the upper balcony. Three more double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all with access to the pool terrace. Lastly, there is a twin room at the back of the house, which has access to a shady patio.
