Copasetic villa was newly renovated in 2020 and offers the perfect serene escape to enjoy all the Bahamas has to offer. Copasetic is elegantly furnished and provides phenomenal views of Thunderball Grotto, famous for James Bond movies and Big Majors, the home of the world-famous swimming pigs. While staying at this villa you guest will experience absolute incredible views while relaxing in the infinity edge swim up pool and bar, while enjoying a favorite beverage. Copasetic also features a large wrap-around balcony to watch the picture-perfect sunset. Guests love the outdoor space at this villa which includes alfresco dinning on the large deck by the pool.
An added bonus of Copasetic is that the villa is perfect for those you wish to arrive by water on your own yacht. The villa has its own private 140′ dock, which can accommodate a 180’ yacht. It offers 12' controlling depth, and is capable of handling up to 180' yacht with ample power and tie off dolphins.
The downstairs guest area is 1,490 square feet of air-conditioned comfort. Unwind in your plush lounge/dining area with satellite TV and WiFi. The convenient service area with wetbar, microwave, and refrigerator make downstairs lounging a breeze! There is also a workout area with stairclimber and free weights for guests use.
The upstairs offers a large, fully-equipped kitchen with professional-grade, stainless-steel appliances worthy of whatever culinary treats you wish to whip up. Take a seat at the bar or get a bit more formal with a sit-down family meal in the dining room. The open living area, rounded out by the living room, allows everyone to gather together for a meal, a movie, a chat, or the incomparable views from your private, upper-level deck.
There are four large bedrooms in total, comprised of 2 king master bedroom en-suites, 1 queen, and the 4th bedroom features 2 bunk beds sleeping 4 guests, this room is ideal for children. Each of the bedrooms come with Tempurpedic mattresses and luxury linens. There are three full bathrooms and a half bath, as well as a outdoor shower for a genuinely natural, tropical experience.
For guest convenience, towels are provided. Appliances are top-of-the-line, and TVs are modern, flat-panels. It’s a timeless getaway with every convenience at your fingertips!

This villa exceeded all expectations. The wrap-around balcony was our favorite spot to watch the sunset every evening. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, and the outdoor dining area by the pool made every meal special. The location is ideal for exploring Staniel Cay and its famous swimming pigs.
