Villa Alegria is a one-of-a-kind property, occupying an impressive plot of 7,000 square metres, right by the sea. On top of its outstanding positioning, this luxury villa boasts the latest technology and modern facilities to ensure its resident guests will spend the holiday of their lifetime.
This deluxe villa offers unrestrained sea views from all the indoor and outdoor areas. Among the outdoor facilities, the property boasts a large heated swimming pool, two plunge pools, and two Jacuzzis. There is also a pool bar and barbecue area perfect for laid-back summer parties.
Thanks to its landscaping, there is ample space to organise events, corporate or private, romantic or glamorous. The poolside area can be used for an intimate wedding celebration of up to 200 guests, while the garden area can be used for larger events for up to 700 guests. The latter area also has a chapel, a sheltered buffet zone, a dance floor and a gala area.
Whilst eating, drinking and dancing are the best things to do on a holiday, if guests wish, they can also keep up their gym routines working out at the fully-equipped gym or dedicated sports areas, both outdoors and in. Moreover, the villa offers equipment for football, volleyball, basketball and table tennis.
For those looking for true relaxation and pampering, there are wellness facilities and dedicated areas for yoga or meditation. The spa and wellness area features massage tables, a sauna, and an infrared hammam.
The villa is comprised of two houses – the White House and the Stone House, plus two independent apartments and sleeps up to 28 guests in total.
The poolside White House extends over two floors and features four en-suite bedrooms with sea views, along with a vast living room with an in-built bar, a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two spacious suites on the ground floor with direct garden and pool area access, and two on the first floor with private terraces. The Honeymoon suite is extra luxurious with the private Jacuzzi on its furnished terrace.
The Stone House is set over three levels and features five en-suite bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room, and two fully-equipped kitchens. The pool level is home to the main living room, a large, fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining room overlooking the pool area. The master suite occupies the first floor and boasts a unique circular bed, a sitting area, and a vast private terrace with sea views. On the ground floor is another spacious suite with a private living room, and one of the kitchens, plus three interconnecting double bedrooms.
The two self-contained apartments each feature two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, private living and dining areas, convenient kitchenettes, and private sun terraces.
Finally, there is an additional, two-level suite in the tower near the chapel. This features an en-suite bedroom on the first floor and a private living room and kitchenette on the ground floor.
