Guests can enjoy the good weather by spending time with family and friends in the open living areas, soaking up the sun and being refreshed in the beautiful swimming pool. The shaded pergolas are the perfect place to relax with cocktails while enjoying the fantastic view of the deep-blue sea.
The panoramic views from the terraces are breathtaking and on clear days, the islands of Paros and Naxos can be spotted. Memorable dining experiences can be had at the al fresco dining table – an open area that boasts a fantastic sea view.
Indoors, the entrance level features an open-plan living area with cosy lounge seating a beautiful wooden dining table, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a casual breakfast bar.
Downstairs is a second living area with a handy kitchenette, plus four bedrooms, which comfortably sleep sleeping up to seven guests. The bedrooms comprise a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom, one twin, and a single room ideal for those travelling with a nanny.

Villa Alice is a stunning property. The views are incredible, and the villa’s design is both elegant and practical. The pool and outdoor areas were our favorite spots, and the proximity to Elia Beach was a bonus. A wonderful place to stay.
