An 11-metre heated swimming pool on the lakefront is flanked by sun loungers ideal for a post-swim sunbathing session. The pool terrace also provides an idyllic location for a morning yoga session in the fresh air.
Beside the pool, stairs descend to a small lake basin and a beautiful stone archway opening onto the water, providing the perfect place for a session of standup paddleboarding.
A sprawling terrace offers an outdoor lounge area where guests can savour a morning coffee or an evening aperitif. There is also an al fresco dining table perfect for a lakeside breakfast with a view or enjoying an evening meal as the sun sets behind the mountains on the far side of the lake.
For those keeping up with their fitness routine, the garden's private paths lead to a large gym fully equipped with a Technogym treadmill, stepper, and bike, as well as a FightCamp set-up and yoga mats.
Guests can also enjoy a private film night in the beautiful 22-seater cinema. It features a unique exposed rock wall with original Moltrasio stone and offers heating for year-round use.
The villa interiors feature modern and minimalistic design throughout. A soft colour palette with natural materials – such as stone, clay and wood – and carefully selected furnishings create a homely feel whilst keeping the focus on the unobstructed views of the dramatic landscapes seen from every room.
The light-flooded ground floor of the villa is dedicated to communal areas featuring a large living and dining room and a separate reading room. Both rooms are decorated with stunning modern art pieces and contemporary furniture, and both offer cosy fireplaces and doors opening onto the lakefront terrace.
Completing the ground floor is a kitchen fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed to prepare delectable feasts. An adjacent social kitchen features a kitchen island with bar stools, a coffee corner, and a wine fridge.
From the villa's ground floor, an original 18th-century staircase (and a lift) leads up to the first and second floors, home to five guest bedrooms. Each room boasts a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with beautiful Tadelakt plaster walls, a rain shower, and a separate Japanese toilet, whilst two bedrooms also offer a luxurious oversized bathtub, plus a private balcony with lake views.
Guests can unwind in solitude in their spacious bedrooms or convene for a game of cards in the sunny second-floor library.
The villa's top floor is home to an exclusive two-bedroom apartment, ideal for those looking for more independence. It comprises a king-size bedroom and a small single room sharing a private living room, a kitchenette, and a shower room.
There are no roads leading right to the villa, which adds to the privacy and serenity of the location. The best way to access the property is via the private dock, which can hold up to two boats, allowing for easy exploration of the surrounding areas.
Adding an extra level of luxury, guests can enjoy the neighbouring Insolito restaurant. This modern restaurant serves contemporary fine dining cuisine in a beautiful and relaxed lakeside setting.
