Overview
Set right on the white sands of Grace Bay, Villa AWA provides a stunning home-from-home for up to 12 guests. The location offers privacy and tranquillity, whilst still allowing easy access to the cities and sights of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Guests can enjoy their own little slice of paradise with a private beach, infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the water. To make the most of the beach access, snorkelling equipment, kayaks and paddleboards are all provided.
In-water sun loungers are the perfect place to soak up the rays, or guests could opt for the loungers on the private beach deck. For those looking for a little respite from the sun, the poolside deck offers a shaded seating area, and the spacious covered terrace has plenty of comfortable lounge chairs.
Al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the terrace dining tables, whilst in the evenings, guests can cosy up around the sunken fire pit to swap stories from their day.
Even the villa’s entrance had been beautifully-designed with a wooden bridge over a decorative pool, whilst the gated entrance allows for privacy and security.
Indoors, native stonework has been expertly matched with locally-sourced woodwork and cabinetry, custom ceramics and marble touches for a contemporary yet homely feel.
The highlight of the interior is the huge, open-plan living and dining room with views out to the palm-tree lined waters. Plush lounges create space for relaxation, whilst the elegant dining table is the ideal space for convivial dinner parties.
There is also a separate entertainment room with a large, flat screen TV with cable and Apple TV channels, a games table and a library of games.
Six well-appointed bedrooms are spread over the two floors. The two master bedrooms – one on each floor – both feature king-size beds, whilst the other ground floor bedroom has one queen-size bed, and the remaining three bedrooms have two queen-size beds each. All of the bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes and en-suite facilities and most boast private terraces to take in the views.
Villa AWA provides contemporary comfort and is the perfect example of chic Caribbean living on the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands.

The villa is even more beautiful in person. The infinity pool and private beach are incredible. The bedrooms are spacious and luxurious, and the living areas are perfect for relaxing. The staff was attentive and made our stay seamless. We can’t wait to return!
