Overview
Welcome to Delfina, our luxury five bedroom property, located at Peter Bay on St. John Island in the US Virgin Islands. This is a spectacular property offering guests stunning views of the crystal clear ocean and neighbouring Islands. This luxury rental villa includes five glamorous bedroom/bath suites, a gourmet kitchen, an entire level devoted to family entertainment, with the entire residence fully screened and cooled by central air-conditioning.
There are beautiful stone pillars that lead you into the large courtyard. A number of coralstone steps open out to the stunning pool, which overlooks one of St. John’s most amazing views of Peter Bay, the British Virgin Islands, the National Park lands and the delightful ocean. There are large glass sliding doors that lead into the sitting room and dining area, which seats up to fourteen people, on the main level. Here you will also be led to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. These doors will disappear into the walls, giving guests a true Caribbean indoor-outdoor living and relaxing tradewinds. There is a circular patio with wicker chairs, perfect for sipping cocktails with a view. There is a hot tub which is set into the hillside and secluded by palms, but still overlooks those lovely sea views.
Opposite the pool is a sheltered wet bar equipped with an icemaker, mini-fridge, fan and chaise lounges, perfect for curling up with your favourite book. There is also a powder room and a hammock on the lawn area. The lovely barbecue area has a gas grill, table for dining outdoors and an umbrella. There is a small office area to the side of the kitchen that is equipped with a PC computer, DSL for your laptop, Wi-Fi, telephone and a fax/printer/copier. A pantry and laundry room is also close by. Another powder room is located below via a few stairs.
There are a few stairs that take you up to the two bedroom bath suites: the Trunk Bay Suite, decorated in blue and white, and the Leinster Bay Suite, decorated in a very calming citron and black theme. These suites feature a covered and private balcony that peers down into the beautiful Peter Bay. Also included is a television and DVD player, a DSL connection, bathrobes, mini-fridge and coffeemaker.
The luxurious master suite is located above via some stairs. It offers a balcony that guarantees complete privacy for its guests. There is a sitting area along with a beautiful four-poster king bed. The master bath is decorated with travertine stone sinks, a separate WC with toilet and bidet, and a walk-in closet. The alfresco shower is big enough for two, and looks out to a cluster of trees. Two more bedroom/bath suites are located between the villa's main level and the entertainment level.
These suites are joined by a sitting area which is lined by gardens. The Bordeaux Suite is decorated in light green with a queen bed, the pink Coral Bay Suite offers a king bed. Both suites have a private terrace, a TV and DVD player, a DSL connection, bathrobes, and a mini-fridge and coffeemaker. The villas lower level is where the fun begins, there is a pool table, wet bar, icemaker, mini-fridge and TV, and a full bath with a shower.
The media room is connected and offers comfortable chairs along with a 50-inch flat screen HDTV, DVD player, plenty of books, board games for all ages and an extensive movie and music collection. Next door to the media room is another entertainment centre with an Xbox, an electronic dartboard, pinball machine, TV and DVD player. For up to four children under 15 years old, there is a double-twin trundle bed and a queen sofa bed, which is perfect for the kids!

Stunning property with everything you could ask for. The pool and hot tub were divine, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for group meals. The bedrooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. The location is ideal for exploring St. John. We’ll definitely be back!

Villa Delfina is pure paradise! The views are breathtaking, and the indoor-outdoor living spaces are perfect for enjoying the Caribbean breeze. The pool and hot tub were our favorite spots to unwind after exploring St. John. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We can't wait to return!

This villa exceeded all expectations. The master suite’s alfresco shower was a dream, and the private balcony offered stunning ocean views. The property is even more beautiful in person. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the lush landscaping to the high-end finishes. The wet bar and pool area were our go-to spots for relaxation. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A 10/10 experience!
