Ideal for a refreshing swim beneath the Italian sun, there are sun loungers ready for guests to dry off and soak up some sunshine.
The terrace faces The Grigna, specular mountains that make the ideal backdrop for unforgettable memories and events. With two gazebos to choose from, there is ample space to socialise with drinks, dine al fresco, or enjoy a barbecue under the stars.
Split across three floors, the villa has an elegant simplicity to its décor. The antique furnishings perfectly merge with contemporary amenities, to ensure luxury, style and comfort with character.
The ground floor features a well-equipped gym and a wine cellar, from which aficionados, can choose the perfect accompaniment to their evening meal. There is also the large parking garage, suitable for two cars.
On the first floor are two cosy lounge rooms. The first is decorated in neutral tones with accents of golds, browns and beige and features a beautiful chandelier. The large intricate fireplace, opulent soft furnishings and antique furniture give a nod to the history of this charming villa, and create a luxurious, comfortable ambience. There is a balcony off the lounge with incredible lake views. The second lounge is a contrast in colours, featuring pinks, creams and greys and a more modern style, though still in keeping with the classic aesthetic of the property. There is a comfortable sofa bed and a large television for guests to relax with satellite TV or a Netflix film.
The fully-equipped kitchen has with a Tuscan-style table at its centre, ideal for family meal time or socialising whilst preparing dinner.
There is one double bedroom on the ground floor and three on the top floor. On the ground floor is a spacious, contemporary double room with private bathroom. On the second floor, the master suite features a king-sized bed, private bathroom and private balcony with mountain views. There is also another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom private bathroom.
