Overview
Welcome to Villa Elena, a luxurious and vast residence overlooking the Gulf of Corinth and the surrounding rolling hills. Villa Elena is situated near the famous Spa town of Loutraki and is ideally located within a 15-minute walk of the beautiful beaches of Skaloma and Blue Lake.
Villa Elena can comfortably accommodate up to 23 adults and boasts a large private swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, sauna, billiards room and professionally designed and cultivated gardens complete with olive and fruit trees. A beautifully constructed BBQ area is ideal for hosting family and friends alike with a traditional oven, automatic BBQ, electric oven, gas stove and three dining table for up to 25 guests, a bar with chairs, coffee dock and a pizza oven.
A vast living/ dining area is at the centre of ground floor, encouraging guests to enjoy quality time together with a comfortable C-shaped sectional sofa, fireplace, television, square dining table and fully-equipped kitchen. The olive green coloured kitchen cabinets enhance the homely feel of this large open plan living area. This communal room is bright and airy and large patio doors lead to the exquisite exterior. Two sizable double bedrooms also sit on this ground floor, both of which feature a shower room and W.C., a terrace with stunning sea views and entrances to a small garden. Another en-suite bedroom is on this floor that features twin beds which can join together to make a king-sized bed.
The upper floor hosts the wonderful master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a cloakroom, a fireplace and a large balcony with sun-beds and coffee table and chairs, all overlooking Gerania Mountain, the town of Loutraki and have boundless sea views. There are three more bedrooms on this floor. A double bed with shared W.C. and shower and balcony with pool view. Another room with twin beds, shared W.C. and shower and balcony with pool view. The last bedroom on this floor has a single bed and a view to the Corinthian Gulf.
The floor on the basement level has a separate access and is of loft-style. Here there is a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a cloakroom, a basic kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee-making facilities, a shower, W.C. and dining table for four people. It also features a private bar for entertaining. This floor also affords access to another double bedroom with a shower room and toilet, well-suited to children or a child-minder. This room has another separate entrance and a kitchenette. The three bedrooms on this floor can accommodate up to 10 people by adding extra beds if requested. A sauna and hot tub are also based on this basement floor. A large entertainment room complete with television, drum set & large sofa is ideal for some alone time away from the rest of the party.
Villa Elena hosts a Humidor and Wine refrigerator with a selection of cigars and some of the finest, hand-picked wines from Nemea, Peloponnese and the greater Greece area.
Villa Elena is a delightfully private residence with its own access by electric gates. The grounds include a 14-metre long swimming pool, with power massage stream, private tennis court with floodlights and a basketball corner, keeping guests active during their luxurious stay. There is also an outdoor billiards table.
The large terrace is shaded, allowing guests to wine and dine peacefully surrounded by the spectacular gardens and mature trees. The sheltered BBQ area promotes a calm and friendly atmosphere for shared dining, with a pizza oven, a fridge, sink, ceiling fan and two seating areas for up to 21 people. There are also numerous sun loungers and an outdoor music speaker system at the pool area. Guests are welcome to hire a private chef who can prepare meals of numerous influences including Greek, Mediterranean, Italian, French, Lebanese or Moroccan to name a few.
Villa Elena has the perfect potential to be your home away from home, ideally suited for a large party of guests looking for somewhere more private than being in the town centre. The grounds itself are spectacular and pair charmingly with the large residence.
Guests can easily walk to the nearest beach and enjoy the warm crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Loutraki is within a few minutes’ drive of Villa Elena and is a popular tourist resort known internationally for its mineral water springs, modern spa and lavish hotel casino. Restaurants, cafés and tavernas of a characteristically Greek style entice guests with their traditional menu options and cute bars.
On special request, guests can arrange to organise a private chef, preparing gourmet and Greek foods. We can assist in organising full board catering to include breakfast, lunch, dinner an dmidday fruit and sweet tables. Please enquire for more information.
Guests can also avail of a small set-up of concert equipment on the tennis court to celebrate special occasions such as weddings and anniversaries.

This villa is a dream come true for large groups. We loved the open-plan living area, which was perfect for socializing. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the BBQ area was a highlight. A dream vacation spot. The master bedroom with its balcony and sea views was my favorite. The outdoor dining area and pizza oven added a special touch to our evenings. Walking distance to the beach was a huge plus.
