Throughout the two-acre gated estate there are lush lawn areas and landscaped gardens. Extensive patios and courtyards allow plenty of space for outdoor living and dining, and socialising with loved ones. Guests can enjoy time together in the main outdoor living areas, or retreat to one of the courtyards for some quiet time.
Exposed brick in both the exterior and interior areas creates a warm and rustic, homely feel. High-beamed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows add to the feeling of space and light inside.
A spacious, open-plan living and dining area is ideal for social occasions, whilst delicious feasts can be prepared in the adjoining fully-equipped, modern kitchen.
Perfect for keeping all ages entertained, the villa features a home cinema and gaming room, with a smart TV, PlayStation, wireless speakers, and a table tennis set.
There are two master suites and two bedrooms, all of which are spacious and well-appointed with en-suite facilities. The first master suite boasts a king-size bed, plus a queen-size sofa bed suitable for an extra adult or two children. The second master suite and first bedroom both feature a king-size bed that can be converted to twins on request, whilst the second bedroom features twin beds.
With its excellent location, spacious grounds and spectacular views, it’s the ideal villa for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.
