The villa’s artistic and creative style was inspired by architectural and design aesthetics from around the world. Some of these include concepts of Le Courbusier´s passion for Concrete, and Barragan´s dramatic use of colour. From the clean lines of the white façade with many open spaces, the house is constructed with contemporary style and design, a neutral colour palette with a strong emphasis on white throughout the property featuring bold, bright accent colours, colourful artworks, and the use of steel, concrete and glass to create an inspiring and unique experience.
The outdoor area features both lower and upper gardens, with manicured lawns, an abundance of bright wildflowers, and fruit groves, as well as a spacious sundeck with sun loungers, an alfresco dining area, and a barbecue. With plenty of space it is the perfect place to host a celebration, socialise with friends and family, or relax and top up a suntan.
The inviting pool is great for a revitalising swim, or refreshing reprieve from the Ibizan sunshine. It features a private hammock area and separate chill out area, where guests can gather for drinks whilst enjoying the villa’s stunning surrounding views.
Featuring open-plan living area, the villa has plenty of space. The French doors leading to the terrace allow natural light to flood the space, giving it a bright and airy feel. For additional peace of mind, the villa features a state-of-the-art security system with motion-sensor alarm and CCTV. For convenience, there is a large utility room with laundry facilities.
Boasting spectacular views of the surrounding hills, olive and almond groves, and unparalleled views of the harbour and the Mediterranean beyond, the living and dining areas offer a great conversation starter. The dining room leads to a covered terrace, perfect for curling up with a book, enjoying your favourite drink, or watching the sunset with someone special.
Featuring six well-appointed bedrooms with luxurious furnishings, each bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort with air conditioning in all. The master suite also includes a private terrace and a stunning en-suite complete with rain shower and incredible views.
