Set in the beautiful Ibizan countryside, Villa Las Cicadas is a 600-year-old farmhouse that has been elegantly restored. It is now a luxury holiday home sleeping up to 12 guests in comfort and style. The property is also ideal for weddings and special celebrations, with multiple event spaces throughout from lush gardens and orchards, to spacious terraces, and a converted barn.
The focus of the sprawling outdoor space is the large swimming pool surrounded by a paved area with sun loungers, perfect for topping up a tan. A raised Jacuzzi features a slide down into the swimming pool – a thrill at any age!
Beside the pool area are verdant lawns with day beds under the shade of fig trees. There is also a shaded poolside lounge area, ideal for adults to relax and enjoy a drink as the kids splash in the pool. Heading down the stairs to the lower patio, guests will find several more seating and dining areas. Set around a relaxing fountain, these chill-out areas offer the ideal places to enjoy a morning coffee, a family barbecue, or an evening glass of wine as the sun sets behind the olive fields.
The property is comprised of the main farmhouse, converted stables, and a renovated barn. Within the main house is a spacious living room with comfy couches, an open fireplace and entertainment facilities including Apple TV and a Blu-ray player, as well as a selection of games and books. This living area leads to a cosy family kitchen, fully-equipped with everything needed to prepare light meals or more elaborate feasts. There is also a small breakfast table set in the corner.
Across the patio from the main house is the spacious barn, which connects to the summer kitchen used to cater to larger groups. The barn offers the perfect space to relax and socialise as it boasts an open fireplace, a piano, comfortable couches, and a large dining table. It leads directly out onto the patio and can easily be set up to host special events.
The six well-appointed bedrooms are spread throughout the main house and the stables. Within the main villa are four bedrooms: two doubles with en-suite facilities – including the master bedroom with its private living room and terrace – as well as a third double and a twin room that share a bathroom, ideal for families with children. Those looking for a little more privacy can enjoy the two bedrooms in the converted stables, both of which boast a private entrance and en-suite facilities, along with access to a shared patio.
With its spacious living areas indoors and out, and its private yet convenient location, Villa Las Cicadas is the ideal choice for a luxury holiday or a special event with loved ones.
