The highlight of the property is its infinity swimming pool, which extends past the end of the wooden decking, spilling out over the rugged landscape. Beside the pool is a bubbling, in-ground Jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying a glass of Champagne after a day on the water. Sun loungers lining the pool edge are perfect for topping up a tan, whilst the poolside lounge setting offers more space for relaxation.
Guests can also enjoy panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding nature from the first-floor terrace. Decked out with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining setting, it’s ideal for enjoying a morning coffee in the sun, an evening aperitif, or relaxed al fresco feasts.
The expansive interiors are set across 700 square metres, offering plenty of space for relaxing and socialising with loved ones. The main lounge on the first floor features floor-to-ceiling windows and doors out to the terrace, allowing light to flood in and offering guests stunning lake views from indoors as well as out. There is plenty of plush seating, as well as a small breakfast table.
Next to the lounge is an elegant dining room with a 12-seater dining table, where guests can enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen.
Ideal for younger guests, the ground floor features a spacious games room with a pool table, table football, and a cosy cinema corner for family film nights.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests across six well-appointed double bedrooms – two on the ground floor and four on the first floor. All rooms boast en-suite facilities; most feature terraces or balconies with lake views.

We had an amazing time at this villa. The infinity pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic, and the views are simply stunning. The villa is very well-equipped, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Lake Como. We would definitely stay here again!

The villa is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Como. The infinity pool and Jacuzzi were our favorite spots. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the en-suite bathrooms are a nice touch. The games room and cinema corner were great for the kids. Highly recommend!
