Featuring large double bedrooms and expansive bright living and entertaining spaces, this spacious property makes full use of the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling full length windows.
Materials of the highest quality have been used with great attention to detail, and the owners have taken care to use furnishings and fixtures of the highest standard, selecting luxurious soft furnishings and sumptuous textures.
Spread over two levels, the villa has more than enough room for socialising and relaxing. With expansive glass fronted rooms, looking out onto the sun deck, natural light floods the rooms, and with an intricate light/art installation above the lounge area, and a glass cased staircase, there are no dark corners within the villa.
The heart of the villa is undoubtedly the ample living area, with a modern kitchen on one end, which has access to an expansive, sunny and shaded terrace and pool. Two of the luxury bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living space and offer direct access to the terrace. A third bedroom is on the same floor, however, in the back, and has views of the private garden.
Moreover, there are also a number of amenities available to ensure all guests can relax, and fully enjoy their time together on the island, some of which include: a stunning infinity pool, a relaxing hammam, a disco room with a pool table and bar, a TV room with ample space for everyone to watch a movie, a fitness room, and a sound system with smart home assistant (controlled with an iPad) throughout. There is also an elevator and ample parking.
A dramatic, stunning glass staircase soars up to the top floor, where guests will find three additional bedrooms, including two that connect via an adjoining glass walkway. The upstairs rooms all have amazing sea views and a minimalistic feel, ensuring the focus remains on the stunning landscapes outside. Throughout the house, each bedroom feels private and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom, in some cases with a bathtub.
For guests with a sense of adventure and exploration, water sports are a common activity in the Bay of St Jean, as the golden sands meet the turquoise waters, where surfing and paddle-boarding are increasingly popular. The views stretch for miles over verdant green hills and sparkling blue sea, the perfect place to top up that tan and relax in style.
