Adjacent to the pool, the main terrace provides ample space for al fresco living, complete with sun loungers, bar seating, and a shaded outdoor kitchen and dining area featuring a Santa Maria barbecue.
Organic gardens offer a supply of seasonal vegetables and herbs, perfect for whipping up fresh Mediterranean cuisine.
The pool, the main terrace, and the indoor living spaces are all on the entrance level, making the villa ideal for those with limited mobility or accessibility needs.
An open-plan living and dining room welcomes guests with chic, contemporary furniture perfectly blended with unique antiques and design pieces dotted throughout. Large windows flood the room with light and offer panoramic views down to the sea and the neighbouring island of Naxos. Moreover, a feature fireplace heats the room in the cooler months, meaning the villa can be enjoyed year-round.
Adjoining the living room is a dine-in kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances. It also offers beautiful sea views and direct access to the vegetable garden for a true farm-to-table experience.
Up to 10 guests can be accommodated in the villa’s five en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with a sitting area and direct terrace access, plus a second double room and a twin. The first floor is home to the master bedroom, which boasts a private sea-view terrace. In addition, there is a separate studio on the lower ground floor, perfect for those seeking more privacy. It comprises a large double bedroom with a sitting area, a kitchenette, and a peaceful private terrace with sea views.
