Villa Ostuni Art is a beautifully-restored farm property in the heart of Apulia. Now a luxury villa estate, its stone buildings fit perfectly in the rural setting.
Comprised of four separate buildings – the Trullo, Lamia, Saraceno, and Holiday Cabin – each with a unique architectural style, the property is ideal for families or groups of friends who want a mix of social and private living spaces.
The stunning gardens feature well-kept lawns, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, and olive groves.
The focal point of the outdoor space is the large swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a holiday read. The adjacent pool house is home to a well-equipped outdoor gym, ideal for those looking to keep up with their fitness during their stay.
The outdoor lounge provides a space for family and friends to relax and socialise under the shade of a pergola. Guests can enjoy an al fresco meal on the veranda or host a barbecue or pizza party in the outdoor kitchen.
Each separate building has a living room, the largest of which is in the Trullo and features a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The Trullo and the Saraceno both have kitchens where guests can prepare feasts with fresh ingredients from the vegetable garden or the local markets.
Throughout the interiors, there are a variety of modern artworks by young artists, both local and from abroad. These provide character and interest to every room.
The estate comfortably sleeps 18 guests across the four buildings. There are two en-suite double bedrooms in the Trullo, three doubles plus one bunk room – ideal for up to four children sharing – all with en-suites in the Lamia, two doubles with a shared bathroom in the Saraceno, and one en-suite double in the Holiday Cabin.
With its peaceful countryside setting, just a short drive from the sea, and its perfect mix of social and private living spaces, Villa Ostuni Art is ideal for family and friend groups looking to relax in style and comfort.
