An open room, with living and dining areas, features sliding glass doors spanning the full length of the room - thus maximizing the stunning view out to the pool terrace and Sea of Cortez only a few steps beyond. From indoors to out, glass doors slide back to create a continuous space with the grand room extending to the immediate outdoor dining terrace. Down a few steps further is the infinity pool with bordering lush green grass. And then, down only a more few steps is the soft warm sandy beach at the ocean's edge.
Indoors, adjacent to the living and dining areas is a Mexican tiled kitchen complemented by warm woods. Bedrooms are bright and continue with light tones and warm accents. Mexican hand-painted tiles in each bathroom tastefully create a sophisticated compilation of colour, shape, and design.
Your booking of this luxury villa, which is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community, includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis clubs. Additional fees apply. Please ask your concierge for reservations and tee times. One & Only restaurant reservations may also be requested and are subject to availability and confirmation from the One & Only Palmilla hotel. Access to the gym and pool areas of the One & Only Palmilla are restricted to hotel guests only.

The location is unbeatable. Steps from the beach and with access to Palmilla Golf Club, this villa offers luxury and convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning.
