Overview
Situated in the stunning bay of Cala Jondal – one of the most desired locations in Ibiza – Villa Rica sleeps up to 10 guests in style. With a buzzing local atmosphere and lots of bars and restaurants nearby, the villa is perfect for both relaxation and parties.
Guests can soak up the views from the heated infinity swimming pool or walk just steps to the sea and enjoy the sandy beach.
The magnificent roof terrace is the ideal place to take in the surrounding views. With plenty of plush seating and an 8-person Jacuzzi, guests can relax whilst sipping a glass of wine and listening to the gentle sounds of the sea.
Al fresco feasts can be enjoyed with a dining table for 12 overlooking the pool, as well as a dining table with views out to the bay. There is also a barbecue area and the terrace for cocktail parties, where larger events can be held.
For the ultimate wellness experience, the villa features a well-equipped gym, a steam-room, a thermal detox sauna, and a massage and therapy tent.
Unique to this villa is the underwater bar and disco with subaquatic pool windows, ensuring guests have their own private afterhours club.
There is also a bar in the main living and dining area, where guests can whip up a cocktail before relaxing on the plush sofas surrounding the TV.
Five double bedrooms offer a comfortable space to retreat to at the end of the day, each featuring modern design elements. All bedrooms boast en-suite facilities, two of which include luxurious Jacuzzi bathtubs.

Villa Rica is a gem. The infinity pool with bay views was stunning, and the rooftop terrace was our favorite spot. The underwater disco was a unique feature that our group loved.
