Overview
Villa Roca is one of the most exclusive villas on Ibiza, offering the ultimate comfort and privacy whilst still being close to the nightlife, clubs and bars of Ibiza, as well as some of the island’s best beaches.
Located only 6 km from Ibiza Town, the luxury villa is one-of-a-kind property with a minimalist modern design, spacious common areas and unique features. The villa offers stunning sea views as well as views of Ibiza Old Town, the beaches of Salinas, Es Codolar, and the Island of Formentera.
The swimming pool is large enough to swim laps and has waterfalls, a hidden cave, and a floating cabana, as well as sub-aquatic pool windows. As well as the main pool, there is a plunge pool and 12-person rooftop Jacuzzi. There are also two hydro massage spa baths, an infra-red detox sauna, and a well-equipped gym.
The common areas are expertly-designed with a pool-side bar, and a dining and breakfast area with barbecue. The dining area on the rooftop offers breath-taking views.
Everything can be organized from spa treatments to spectacular rooftop dining, an intimate dinner for two by the pool, a barbecue party for friends, or a formal dinner for a special occasion (on one of the 12 terraces).
There are eight double en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is connected with one of the other bedrooms and features a fireplace, a separate stone shower room, hot tub with chromotherapy and a dressing room. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players, a sound system, a mini fridge, and air conditioning, along with magnificent views from their private terraces or balconies.
