Overview
Villa San Gerolamo is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, just south of Siena. A 20th century former farmhouse, it has been transformed into a modern and luxurious villa whilst still retaining its original charm.
Situated on a hilltop, the villa enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding rolling hills, cypress-lined roads, and even the towers of Siena in the distance.
The grounds feature beautifully-manicured lawns with landscaped gardens dotted throughout. Guests can enjoy a swim in the infinity pool or relax in the poolside Jacuzzi whilst taking in the spectacular views. The poolside sun loungers are ideal for soaking up the Tuscan sun, whilst the outdoor dining setting is perfect for convivial al fresco feasts.
The property comprises a main villa and a separate annex, offering flexibility for groups. Within the main villa are several living spaces, including a cosy TV room with plush seating around a fireplace.
Adjoining the TV room is the open-plan living and dining room. This room features beautiful high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and tiled floors. There are comfortable sofas perfect for pre-dinner drinks, a dining table overlooking the surrounding countryside, and a fully-equipped kitchen with marble worktops and a breakfast bar. Adjoining the kitchen is a traditional “forno” room with a wood fire oven set in stone walls.
There’s also a fully-equipped gym for those keeping up with their fitness routine during their stay.
Within the main villa are four of the five bedrooms; three bedrooms have king-size beds and one has twin beds, which can be converted on request. All rooms have en-suite facilities – many with luxurious bathtubs – whilst the two ground floor suites both boast private sitting areas.
The fifth bedroom is located in the separate annex. It features a king-size bed, a separate living room, and an en-suite bathtub and benefits from direct access to the lush gardens.

A dream come true! The villa is beautifully designed, and the infinity pool is a highlight. The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation, and the gardens are stunning. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the en-suite bathrooms are luxurious. Highly recommend!
