Ample outdoor space mean that this property is perfect for events, celebrations or corporate functions, with incredible century-old trees and a sparkling azure swimming pool. The pool is bordered by a sun terrace, furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, for guests to enjoy a refreshing swim, or perhaps enjoy a reprieve in the shade with a good book and a relaxing drink.
This property also benefits from a barbecue area, perfect for socialising with friends and dining al fresco, as well as a large outdoor private parking area for guests preferring to drive.
The Viesca estate features an enchanting secret garden, two tennis courts and an idyllic old chapel, perfect for an intimate Tuscan wedding.
Entering the villa through the vast entrance hall conveys a real sense of space as natural light floods the entire space. The ground floor of the villa is comprised of several living rooms, including a cosy reading room with an intricately-carved stone fireplace, ideal for the chilly evenings to curl up in front of the fire with a glass of wine. The elegant dining room adorned with artworks and ornate light fittings is perfect for lavish dinner parties. There is also a comfortable sitting room with a TV and a second living room with gorgeous French doors allowing for uninterrupted views of the terrace and beyond. Attached to the fully-equipped kitchen is breakfast room with open fireplace.
Upstairs are the sleeping quarters, along with an additional living room with incredibly preserved original frescoes and another ornate fireplace. The well-appointed bedrooms are spacious and decorated in a similar regal style as the rest of the property.
