Welcome to Casa Edwards, our luxurious 8-bedroom beachfront villa sitting within the ultra-exclusive gated community of Bahia Rocas next to Villas Del Mar at Palmilla. Perched precisely in the most idyllic spot on the tip of the Baja Peninsula, Casa Edwards is just two doors down from the famous and renowned One & Only Palmilla, one of the premier hotels in Mexico. For golf enthusiasts, this luxurious residence is just a four-minute drive from the signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.
All 8 bedrooms boast beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez from their terraces accessed through sliding doors. Each morning you are greeted by the beautiful and expansive ocean views. Bedrooms at Casa Edwards are not lacking…they feature all the modern amenities, comfort combined with luxury and the finest locally handcrafted Mexican accents, and only the best linens. All of this ensures a peaceful retreat in paradise that you will look forward to each night. All of the bedrooms feature the most jaw-droppingly beautiful blue-water ocean views. All 8 bedrooms feature their own private en-suite bathrooms.
Casa Edwards was the first private residence constructed in the area and all the other residences have been modeled from Casa Edwards undeniable elegance. The main house is 6000 square feet and features a spacious living area with a 70-inch Plasma TV, a bar, and a dining area that seats 12+ guests. Four of the bedrooms are surrounding the great room. Another bedroom and the master are next to these and lead into the fountain courtyard. An additional bedroom and bathroom are located just behind the kitchen which would be suitable for full-time staff that you may wish to have.
Casa Edwards captures all of the glamour and elegance of the famous beachfront resort it is located in. Featuring classic colonial-era architecture, the villas' white walls, sweeping archways, lattice detail, and red tile roofing are both beautiful and picturesque. Indoors, contemporary furnishings, punchy artwork, and soft neutral tones blend perfectly to create a stylish and extremely comfortable ambiance. Fabulous home for entertaining, Edwards has a gorgeous twelve-seat dining area with fireplace, as well as a sizable living room that includes a deluxe media system with a massive big screen TV and plenty of space for friends and family to gather together.
Overlooking the golden sands and azure waves of Palmilla Bay, Casa Edwards has astoundingly beautiful natural surroundings. A few steps away from the beach, the villa resort-style pool deck includes every luxury imaginable. Flowering bougainvillea, tall palm trees, and natural rock accents punctuate the massive Cantera-tiled outdoor patio. Lounge beds and pillow-topped sofas encircle a gas fire pit welcoming relaxing nights under the stars. More sunbeds and plush reclining lounge chairs with umbrellas border the villas Jacuzzi and infinity pool. Under the shade of a traditional Mexican palapa, a premium wet bar, barbeque, TV, and stereo system make outdoor entertaining at Edwards fun and easy. Nearby, a stairwell leads up to a large Spanish patio with a fountain, more shaded dining areas, and a hammock swaying the warm ocean breeze.

This villa exceeded all expectations. The architecture is stunning, and the outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertainment. We loved the fire pit under the stars and the private beach access. The golf course nearby was a bonus for our group. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a high-end Cabo experience.

The location is unbeatable. Just steps from the beach and close to the One & Only Palmilla, yet private and serene. The villa’s design blends Mexican craftsmanship with modern luxury seamlessly. The outdoor dining under the palapa was our favorite spot for meals. Truly a slice of heaven.
