Welcome to Lily Pad, a spectacular 4-bedroomed Colonial style villa perched above the magnificent Pink Sands Beach on idyllic Harbour Island in The Bahamas. Guests at Lily Pad may enjoy the amenities of Dunmore Beach Hotel, just a short stroll away.
The house was designed by a dream team of architects and designers including Nassau-based Amanda Lindroth and the award-winning Miami firm, De la Guardia Victoria Architects. Chic and classic style is personified in every area of this magnificent property and the emphasis is solely on indoor-come-outdoor living which is the essence of life on Harbour Island. Bearing this in mind, Lily Pad features two oversized covered terraces, designed for dining, entertainment and relaxation. Each terrace connects directly with the interior living area of the villa.
Built over two levels, the property cleverly displays an inverted floor plan in order to maximize views.
The ground floor of the villa contains 2 king sized guest suites, each with their own bathroom. Another guest suite has twin beds which can be converted to a king bed if required, a living area and bathroom. The second floor houses the main living area, known as The Great Room, a king sized master suite with private bathroom and a superb fully equipped kitchen.
The interior Great Room contains a flat screen TV and comfortable seating with plump cushions and wicker artefacts, complimenting island style. The adjoining kitchen has lots of counter space and a center island with seating for 3. A spectacular Al Fresco dining area is located on the porch outside, catching the cool island breezes and offering views of the blue ocean beyond, through the gently swaying palm trees.
Downstairs, one of the two bedroom suites opens out onto a louvered porch area and barbeque terrace which in turn leads out to the spacious patio area which surrounds the private swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, a heavenly spot to catch the sun and listen to the tranquility and peace of this magical place. The covered porch offers a wonderful area with unique and ultra-comfortable seating. There are many lovely little cosy seating spots all around the house, inside and out, giving ample relaxation space for everybody staying at the villa. And of course, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world is only a few steps away.
Guests staying at Lily Pad have full access to the great facilities of Dunmore Hotel, including tennis court, restaurant and bar, outdoor activities such as beach volleyball, snorkelling, stand-up paddle boards, cornhole and bocce ball. The hotel also has a heated ocean-front pool, outdoor massage area and a fitness facility. Guests may also avail of complimentary private roundtrip airport transfers, golf cart parking and extra luxurious touches such as Molton Brown personal care products and turndown service.

This villa is pure paradise. The design is stunning, and the attention to detail is impeccable. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying breakfast on the terrace was magical. The access to Dunmore Beach Hotel's amenities was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

Villa Lily Pad is an absolute dream! The colonial-style architecture combined with modern amenities makes for a perfect stay.
