Located just outside of Ostuni, Villa Ludovica is a stunning property for rent for up to 12 guests. Comprised of a main villa and a separate guest annex, it offers flexibility for groups, along with plenty of entertaining and relaxation spaces.
A 15-metre swimming pool is the focal point of the outdoor space; it features a shallow section with hydromassage jets and microbubbles, vibrant night lighting. The pool terrace is decked out with lounge seating, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the rays.
Another highlight of the outdoor space is the roof terrace, which boasts a large heated Jacuzzi, where guests can enjoy a glass of bubbly whilst taking in the spectacular views. The roof terrace also features plenty of lounge seating surrounding a gas fireplace for evenings spent under the stars.
Beside the pool is the main outdoor living area, located under a shady pergola. It comprises a comfortable lounge area, a large, wooden dining table and bar seating, as well as an outdoor kitchen fully-equipped with an oven, a gas stovetop, a wine fridge, and even a dishwasher. There's also a separate barbecue area for tasty cookouts.
There’s a second outdoor dining table located under the shade of the patio outside the annex, and plenty more spaces to relax on the patios and spacious lawn area. Moreover, younger guests will love the poolside swing and the table tennis set.
The expansive grounds are surrounded by a dry-stone wall affording guests complete privacy, and there are over 80 century-old olive trees adding to the authentic Apulian atmosphere.
Indoors, the main living area features high, arched windows to allow the sunlight to spread through the property, creating bright and airy interiors. Adjoining the spacious living area is a well-equipped indoor kitchen.
The six double bedrooms are spread throughout the main villa and the annex, all boasting en-suite facilities. There are two spacious bedrooms in the main villa, both offering direct terrace access. The annex holds four bedrooms, two of which are adjoining, and one which is located within the stone trullo.

We loved our stay! The pool is incredible, and the shallow section with microbubbles was a hit. The annex bedrooms are spacious, and the trullo adds a charming touch. The outdoor living areas are perfect for socializing. Close enough to Ostuni for day trips but feels wonderfully remote.

Ideal for large groups. The main villa and annex provide flexibility, and the bedrooms are all comfortable with great en-suites. The outdoor dining under the pergola was a highlight, and the barbecue area got a lot of use. The property feels private and secluded, surrounded by beautiful olive trees.

The perfect vacation rental. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming laps, and the Jacuzzi on the roof is a lovely bonus. The outdoor kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The bedrooms are all comfortable, and the en-suites are a nice touch. A fantastic place to relax and recharge.

A luxurious retreat with all the amenities you could ask for. The indoor living space is bright and airy, and the outdoor areas are equally inviting. The pool and Jacuzzi were our go-to spots. The property is well-maintained and offers complete privacy. Highly recommend for a group getaway.

An exceptional villa. The pool is the centerpiece, and the outdoor living areas are perfect for gatherings. The rooftop Jacuzzi is a luxurious touch, and the gas fireplace makes it usable year-round. The bedrooms are all well-appointed, and the trullo adds character. A memorable stay!
