A paved terrace surrounds the villa, with a sun-shaded outdoor lounge on one side and an outdoor dining table on the other. The villa also features an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven for relaxed al fresco dining.
Designed with families in mind, the spacious garden is a haven of entertainment. It features a basketball hoop, football nets, and table tennis, ensuring endless hours of fun for children and teens.
Seamlessly blending the outdoor and indoor spaces, guests are welcomed into the villa via a conservatory. With three walls featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, the space is flooded with natural light, making it ideal for enjoying a relaxed breakfast or sipping a morning coffee amid the changing light.
On cooler evenings, guests can head to the main lounge room, which is furnished with plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a cosy fireplace. Hidden behind this is the villa’s well-equipped kitchen, which leads out to the rear outdoor dining and barbecue area.
Five well-appointed suites are spread across the villa’s two floors, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. However, for large groups, especially those travelling with children, four suites also feature a private lounge room with a double sofa bed and another en-suite shower room. This can make for a comfortable second bedroom, taking the potential occupancy up to 18 guests. The first-floor suite also boasts a convenient kitchenette and direct access to the roof terraces on either side, boasting panoramic views.
