Indoors, the open-plan living area on the ground floor features lounge and TV area facing the lake and floor-to-ceiling windows that flawlessly make the transition to the terrace and the outdoor dining area. An adjacent indoor dining table seats up to 10 guests, and there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen perfect for cooking up an Italian feast.
On the ground floor, one double and one twin bedroom enjoy private entrances and direct garden access. On the second floor, there is one twin and two double bedrooms, one of which has access to a private terrace with lake views.

This property is a slice of paradise. The combination of modern amenities and stunning natural beauty made for an unforgettable stay. The kids had plenty of space to play, and we loved the al fresco dining options. Bellagio’s charm is just a short stroll away.

An absolute gem on Lake Como. The views are spectacular, and the villa is beautifully appointed. The short walk into Bellagio was convenient, but we often found ourselves wanting to stay in and enjoy the pool and outdoor spaces. A truly special place.

A luxurious retreat with everything you need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were ideal for relaxation. The proximity to Bellagio made it easy to explore, but we often preferred to stay in and enjoy the villa’s amenities.

The views alone are worth the stay, but the villa itself is equally impressive. The open-plan living area is perfect for socializing, and the bedrooms are cozy and well-designed. The pool and Jacuzzi were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.
