Indoors, the open-plan living area on the ground floor features lounge and TV area facing the lake and floor-to-ceiling windows that flawlessly make the transition to the terrace and the outdoor dining area. An adjacent indoor dining table seats up to 10 guests, and there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen perfect for cooking up an Italian feast.
On the ground floor, one double and one twin bedroom enjoy private entrances and direct garden access. On the second floor, there is one twin and two double bedrooms, one of which has access to a private terrace with lake views.

The perfect spot for a lakeside vacation. The villa is modern, clean, and comfortable, with incredible views from every angle. The outdoor dining area was our favorite place to enjoy meals. Bellagio’s charm is just a short walk away, but the villa’s privacy is unbeatable.
