Welcome to Windwhistle, a luxury seven-bedroom+ villa, Harbour Island Bahamas Villa. Windwhistle Villa is located directly on the harbor and has a private infinity swimming pool, expanded over water decks, outdoor dining & BBQ area, a lovely cove beach, and a private dock. The house itself resembles a classic English Georgian Residence with a Bahamas flair. Both the exterior and the interior are a perfect blend of each, creating a very luxurious yet relaxed home.
Windwhistle is the type of Bahamas Villa where you will relax and feel all the cares of a modern living fly away the moment you enter the doorway. With seven en-suite bedrooms and sleeping up to 16 people, it is perfect for a large family or two...a group of friends, or up to 7 couples looking to create memories of a lifetime. The second the beautiful gates of Windwhistle Villa Harbour island open, you will know you have arrived somewhere very special. The Villa is very impressive from the outside and is surrounded by mature verdant gardens which are full of sweet-smelling colorful tropical flowers such as bougainvillea, Frangipani, Hibiscus, and Allamanda. The front door opens directly to an impressive entrance hallway, which in turn leads to the main open-plan living and dining room.
The moment you step foot in the house, you will get a stunning view of the harbor, private dock, and the island of Eleuthera beyond. The main living and dining room is very impressive partially because it has an 11-foot coffered ceiling combined with the clever use of three pairs of French doors. These doors lead directly to the veranda and stunning views of the clear waters of the harbor beyond. The living area has supremely comfortable oversized white cotton sofas together with a built-in chaise. There is also an impressive 65-inch smart flat-screen television, should you wish to catch up with the latest sport or blockbuster movie. This area also has a lovely Chippendale dining table which can seat up to 12-14 people. The living room is the perfect place to enjoy long leisurely meals with family and loved ones while enjoying both the view and the complete serenity of your piece of paradise.
The main living and dining room leads directly to the beautiful veranda via two sets of French Doors, which in turn lead to the swimming pool and rolling lawn via a 30-foot-wide set of keystone steps. The veranda, overwater decks, pool areas, and gardens are where you will most likely spend much of your vacation time, and because of this, the deck system along the pool, under-tree canopy, and overwater has recently been much expanded. It’s the perfect place to relax in the beautiful tropical sun, sit in the shade of the mature tropical trees, read books, enjoy meals on the veranda with loved ones or sip some pre-dinner cocktails in the lovely comfortable outdoor sitting area while taking in the incredible view and possibly spotting some turtles or passing stingrays. There is a small private cove beach area, which is the perfect place for a cooling dip or an exploration of the area on one of the home's complimentary paddleboards, kayaks, and other sea toys. The private dock can accommodate a center console boat of up to forty feet in length and 3.5 feet draft.

Windwhistle is the ultimate luxury escape. The views from the veranda are stunning, and the pool is divine. The bedrooms are spacious and elegant, and the kitchen has everything you need. The private dock was perfect for our boat. A truly unforgettable stay!

Absolutely stunning property. The infinity pool feels like it merges with the ocean, and the private beach is serene. The bedrooms are luxurious, and the common areas are perfect for gathering. The location is ideal, close to town but feels completely private. A 10/10 experience!

We celebrated a milestone birthday here, and it was magical. The dining table accommodated our large group, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for evening cocktails. The dock was great for fishing, and the sunsets are unreal. This villa is worth every penny.

The villa is even more beautiful in person. The infinity pool and outdoor dining area were our favorite spots. The cove beach is perfect for swimming, and the paddleboards were a hit. The staff went above and beyond. Can’t wait to return!
